CONCIERGE SERVICE
For an additional $95.00 per certificate, you can upgrade your passes to a high level of service and enjoyment. This exclusive "Concierge Service" includes the following list of amenities:
For the purchasing company:

An email to the winner's supervisor notifying them of the chosen destination, dates of travel, etc.
•
A personalized amenity card placed in the winner's room to be delivered with the winner's gift upon arrival.
For the winner (traveler):
•
A toll-free 800 number for contacting M&I travel counselors.
•
An email (sent seven days prior to travel) that contains last minute reminders, travel instructions, weather updates, etc.
•
An amenity (fruit basket or snack bag) to be placed in the guest's room on the evening of arrival.
SIGNATURE SERVICE
For an additional $145.00 per certificate, you can upgrade your passes to an extremely high level of service and enjoyment. This exclusive "Signature Service" includes the following list of amenities:
